Innovative Art Direction and Engaging Campaigns: Elevating Asurion’s Brand Impact and Results

During my tenure at Asurion as an art director, I had the opportunity to collaborate with graphic designers on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) digital campaigns and social media campaigns. Additionally, I was responsible for overhauling UbreakiFix/Asurion Tech Repair & Solution store collateral, implementing new retail POP (Point of Purchase) displays and B2B marketing materials for new product launches.

Driving Results: Asurion’s Successful 2022 Campaign

I would like to showcase Asurion’s Holiday 2022 campaign. In this project, I took the lead in developing the overall design and messaging for the holiday promotion.

The campaign’s impact on repair volume resulted in a notable increase of over 5%, indicating that the holiday campaign successfully drove more customers to utilize Asurion’s repair services during that period.

Click-thru Rate Success

The click-through rate (CTR) measures the percentage of users who clicked on a specific call-to-action or link within the campaign. With a CTR of .56%, it indicates that the campaign’s messaging and design effectively captured the attention and interest of the target audience, driving them to take action.

Strong Conversion Rates

The campaign successfully generated 44,100 sessions, or visits, across the targeted markets. This indicates that the campaign effectively drove traffic to the desired platforms or channels. Additionally, the campaign achieved a 27% conversion rate, which measures the percentage of users who completed a desired action, such as making a purchase or submitting a lead form.
