Engaging VIP Experience and Livestream Success: Player Unknown’s E3 After Party

I had the opportunity to work with PlayerUnknown on their E3 Electronics expo after party. The goal of the event was to create a memorable VIP experience with engaging design and interactive elements specifically tailored for influencers. Additionally, we aimed to amplify the event’s reach by featuring a livestream that would be broadcasted online for the dedicated fanbase of the game “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG)”.

As the art director for this project, I was responsible for overseeing the entire look and feel of the event. From conceptualization to execution, I worked closely with the client to ensure their vision was brought to life. I coordinated directly with vendors, ensuring that all elements of the event aligned with the client’s brand and objectives. Additionally, I was present on-site during the installation to guarantee the seamless implementation of the design and to make any necessary adjustments for optimal guest experience.

The event successfully attracted a high-profile audience, with over 400 VIPs and influencers attending. This helped create a valuable networking environment for Player Unknown and fostered potential collaborations and partnerships.

1 Million Live Stream Views

The livestream of the event garnered significant attention from the game’s dedicated fanbase, with over 1 million viewers tuning in to watch the festivities online. This provided an extended reach for Player Unknown, allowing them to connect with their community on a global scale.

3.8 MM Social Impressions

The event generated widespread social media engagement, accumulating an impressive 3.8 million impressions across various platforms. This indicates the event’s impact and the level of interest it generated among social media users.

3.7 MM Social Reach

Through organic and shared content, the event achieved a substantial social media reach, extending to approximately 3.7 million unique users. This further amplified the brand awareness for Player Unknown and increased exposure to potential new players and fans.
